CELLSEARCH® CXC Kit

The CELLSEARCH CXC Kit enables the immunomagnetic selection of rare circulating epithelial cells from whole blood and the characterization of user-defined markers with low antigen density (<50,000 molecules/cell)

The kit includes a cytokeratin-FLU/CD45-APC reagent, leaving the PE channel of the CELLTRACKS ANALYZER II open to incorporate a user-defined PE-conjugate to further characterize the circulating epithelial cells.

CELLSEARCH® CXC Control Cell Kit

Each single-use bottle in the CELLSEARCH CXC Control Cell Kit contains one population of SKBR-3 cells at a concentration of approximately 1000 cells/test.

CELLTRACKS® Circulating Melanoma Cell Kit

The CELLTRACKS Circulating Melanoma Cell Kit immunomagnetically captures CD146-positive cells from whole blood and enables the enumeration and characterization of circulating melanoma cells (CMCs).

After immunomagnetic capture and enrichment, fluorescent reagents are added for the identification and enumeration of CMCs. Anti- MEL-PE is specific for melanoma cells, anti-CD34-APC for endothelial cells, anti-CD45-APC for leukocytes and DAPI for cell nuclei.

CELLTRACKS® CEC/CMC Control Kit

The kit contains single-use bottles of fixed cells from a SK-Mel-28 cell line, each bottle containing two populations of cells for high and low level control.

It is used as a control for the CELLSEARCH Circulating Endothelial Cell Kit and the CELLTRACKS Circulating Melanoma Cell Kit.
