Organization, Management, and Control Model

Menarini Silicon Biosystems S.p.A. has defined and adopted a specific Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to the Legislative Decree 231/2001. Moreover, a 231 Supervisory Body has been appointed, as an independent and professional body with the aim of supervising the proper functioning of and the compliance with the Model, as well as promoting its constant update.

Particular attention is paid to communication and training initiatives for the Company’s employees and consultants on the contents of the Legislative Decree 231/2001, the Model, as well as the way in which its provisions have been implemented.

The MSB Code of Ethics

Menarini Silicon Biosytems S.p.A. places the principles of ethics and integrity at the forefront of its daily activities and enhances them through the adoption of its own Code of Ethics. This Code, in line with the Global Code of Conduct and with the ethical rules of Confindustria Dispositivi Medici, is an integral part of the Company's Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001.
Each employee must respect and enforce the Code and strengthen its application through a compliant and responsible conduct.
